Electrify your Padstow home
Post-war homes, new duplexes and a busy station. Each kind of home needs a different system.
Local quirks we plan for
For a duplex, how the roof is shared and which meter each system goes on. For an older house, the switchboard.
Duplexes
Where an old house has become two dwellings, each side usually has its own meter. Each side can have its own solar and battery, with the roof split between them.
Post-war homes
Original brick and fibro homes often have small switchboards and old wiring. We check the board before we quote.

Local questions, answered
Usually, yes. Each side has its own system on its own meter. If the roof is shared, both owners need to agree on who gets which part.
Yes. Fibro walls and old roofs need a careful look before anything is fixed to them. Older fibro can contain asbestos, and we don’t drill it. We check at the assessment.
