Rhys designs your system from your bills and the switchboard, then installs what he priced. If the numbers are in your proposal, he’s the one who has to get up on the roof and stand behind them.
He started in 2019 and has worked in renewables ever since: an apprenticeship on the tools, running an install crew once qualified, then two years in system design and sales. Having done both, he designs with the install in mind.

Jake runs the installs: roof work, wiring and commissioning, through to the compliance paperwork he hands you at the end. He tests every circuit before he switches the system on.
