Electrify your Gymea home
Established homes under big old trees. We size each Gymea system around a year of measured shade.
Local quirks we plan for
The shade. If it’s heavy enough to make solar a poor deal, you’ll hear it from us at the assessment.
Old trees
Gymea’s tall gums and jacarandas are part of why people live here, and they shade a lot of roofs. We map that shade through the year before suggesting a size.
Split roofs
When the sunny part of your roof is small, we may use two faces. East and west panels make less in total but spread it across the morning and evening.
Established homes
Older homes here often need a switchboard upgrade before a battery or EV charger can go on.

Local questions, answered
Don’t cut anything yet. We’ll show you which trees shade which part of the roof, and when. Sometimes a small prune makes a big difference; sometimes none is needed. Check with the council before removing or pruning a tree.
Yes. East and west panels run on separate inverter inputs, letting each side work at its best. That often suits a family that uses power before work and after school.
